Haiku port

EGSL supports now another platform: Haiku. The upload will follow this weekend although I have a little problem with the colourkey() function. Until now only the game Astrorocks is affected by this bug. Well, and only the explosion graphics doesn't work porperly which is really weird. I made some tests even with the same colourkey colour and this works fine. So I am going to release EGSL 1.5.0 for Haiku the next days but Astrorocks has to wait.
